I am so excited for my half in the morning! My first international half!!!!! I always get a bit nervous but more excited than anything! It is 6:48pm here and I have an hour and 12 minutes before bed! Everything is set up for the morning and I am ready to go!

Nutrients for the morning! A bagel and salted peanut butter for 3-4 hours before the race, a banana for 2 hours before, and Salted Caramel GU for 30-60 minutes pre-race!
